- I've used this emulators and they're quite snappy. Be sure you update the *.ini files to the correct file paths to the new avds. There should be instructions that are included.

- I got a Genymotion VM to show up in the list of debugging devices in Xamarin Studio on a Mac, and it deployed to the device with no problems. I couldn't get Visual Studio or Xamarin Studio to see it on Windows 7 x64 though.
